what's for breakfast, what's for life

YOU create your life every day.

YOU decide whether or not you're going to get up when the alarm goes off, what to wear, what to eat for breakfast, and how to get to work.

And as YOU run into people throughout the day, YOU decide how to respond to them, how to treat them, and who to avoid.

YOUR intentions for the day affect what YOU do, what YOU experience, and how YOU experience it.

In the same way, on a bigger scale, the whole trajectory of YOUR life is created by YOUR choices.

This seems over simplifed. There is a huge learning curve to dramatically changing ones life. Reactions arise in us to different situations and the ability to hold intention is constantly tested. I do agree that as we begin to move from reaction to creation that we will being to recognize the tools by which we might create our world. We are not rational by nature, so perhaps we have irrational intentions that we are already living out, and the point is to become aware of what we have already intended to do, with the hope of influencing That. You still make a great point, perhaps I'm feeling a little "at effect" and just not so happy about it.
